Hi guys. I thought this live version of You or your Memory was really inspiring, and it gave me goosebumps, just for how warm and involved the crowd was. This montage is weird and kind of artsy and not 1337 in anyway. Awhile back I started a much more "legit" video with some nifty effects and better syncing. But I thought that it'd be better to do a sort of homely, warm and more authentic or vintage video which is above. Here's the scrapped BHQ Montage. The clip at 1:20 was really well done.
I was actually surprised that I liked the You and your Memory version more. At first I was thinking "What are you doing Soupy?", but then a really nostalgic feeling came up throughout the whole thing. It was different, yet, I thought fitting. I also see why you scrapped the other version. It really wasn't at all what BHQ is like, with the rap, fast hip-hop; I'm glad you scrapped it.
However, the biggest thing missing from both of them? An ending! You should have wrote a little something at the end.
Not bad though, Brian. We probably needed more clips too.

It's a nice piece. It could have used more clips but we used what we had. I never saw the original version but personally I think the fast paced hip-hop and rap is done far too often. It's unique, I like it, well done.
EDIT: Oh... the original is the other link. Eh, final version is better.

:x Sorry Mad Dog. I remember there was some confusion about if you wanted to do your own montage or that dual with Gonzo or whatever. I remember you telling me over xbox to just use any clips I wanted, but I was like "Uhh ok." Sorry again, we should have been more deliberate and specific.
